wat a let down england! you've should have won the match, you yourself know tat best!? so wats wrong with the team?

my heart nearly died while watching the match...
oh the match between portugal and england was sucha frustrating event i tell you. first you see england working damn hard on attacking, and when efforts finally paid off
(cheer england cheer!),
roony's foot got injured by some bloody hell portugal defender and was substituted. now tat was the disaster. from then on, it seems to be portugal's world. hey i dun mean england didnt shone at all, but its jux tat their attacks without roony seems peanuts to portugal's great wall defence. sigh.

hmm so all the above were the cause of england's euro 2004 exit. no doubt about tat. if you'd paid attention to the match, you'd notice england doing some stupid backpasses at times which results in portugal gaining back ball possession and nearly some goals.
wth! but we cant denied the fact tat some of those passes were sensible and pretty good ones though. praises them for this. and the dear
gary neville, he's forever trying to put england in dangerous position by tackling so hard and so hell near the penalty box! can faint watching tat u bet! anyway, euro2004's
david james first international match so all of you england fans out there must forgive and admit tat he might be abit inexperience and tats england's disadvantage. look at
oliver kahn or
buffon, they can easily save some pretty good freekicks or corner kicks. then look at
james again, he lacked tat experience. though he did some great saves, he's weak at corners, especially when someone's there to head the ball in. tats practically how england let in a goal in the final 15min or so. sad case. for wat you noe, my heart nearly sank when portugal scores. there goes my england dream! and in the 89th minute, england's
campbell headed a goal into portugal's net, only to be denied by the refree cos
terry got his hands on the keeper!

honestly speaking, i thought england would jux gave it all up and start to play restlessly when portugal scored tat goal in extra with only 10minutes left for countdown. but england didnt. they fought on, like brave knights.
salutes you! and...they levelled back in the last 5min! hurray! many england fans were in tears when tey levelled back to 2-2. cant describe tat feeling...it was
GREAT! tats the only word i can tink of. i've got limited vocab you see. hah. and the match went on to penalties. beckham was the first england man to take a shot. and bloody unbelievable!
he missed it! and it was totally off target! was he trying to aim at the fans or wat?! i was like stunned! totally stunned! -eyes wide opened- i simply couldnt believe it! beckham missed it again! wth! the rest of the penalties was alright. rui costa missed his too, the way beckham missed his. haha. poor penalty tactics. then in the end england's dunno who missed again and portugal's keeper Ricardo got his shot in perfectly and portugal won. end of game. sad tat england lost the game tat they should've been the winner. they played well, only to lose out cos of some silly mistakes and bad luck. well, anyway its over already. better luck next time england!

updates
went to ubin with my three poly brothers on friday for a stayover. they're namely kangming, weiliang and addy!
-smiles- we reached ubin quite late actually and started the cycling event only at arnd 2pm, which means we only have like 2hr odd fer exploration yeah?! didnt explore much places cos of tat. anyway, didnt expect the crowd down there. i was like WOW! so many pple camping on the beaches too?! both the mamam and noordin beach were fully occupied you noe! by uniform groups like scouts and boys brigade and some malay teens camp group thingy. luckily, the pple on noordin beach agreed to let us have a small area for our tent and campfire thingy. yes, we had a mini campfire! it was sooo soo fun! haha...though it lasted for awhile only. hah. oh ya, i went to the toilet quite a few times though im quite scared of going. but again, some things jux cant wait rite?!
-lolx- anyhow, i got the guys accompanying me ritez, thanks you guys soo much! the night was alright, did abit of chatting and looking at the sea. did abit of thinking too. self reflection. is tat wat we call tat? hah. didnt slp throughout the night cos the sand flies or irritating mosquitoes or watever shit kept biting me yeah. itch like hell! but luckily the time flies especially fast and it was morning already! so, packed our stuffs and got on our way. reached the jetty at 8am and waited for like 20minutes before we got on board the bum boat. had a heavy breakfast at changi village. the lasi lemak was soo damn nice lor, u bet!!!
-slurps- went home after tat. i was sooooo tired liaoz! ZzZZzZzZzzZ...
woke up at evening time and went over to my cousins' place for the midnight soccer matches, together with my younger bro. was feeling very tired cos didnt had much slp after coming back from ubin, and now i had to ton the night again watching those soccer matches. so poor thing me. and the matches were both soo kelong! holland soo bloody sway i tell you! lead 2-1 and can lost 3-2 to the republics. so sad case. luckily i didnt bet on the matches, if not i would be crying now. haha.

jux wat is life?
to some, life means having no choice. which literally means you've got no say over things or events tat the mighty God above has already planned for you. sounds abit sad yeah. but then again, wasnt it our ourselves sometimes who neglect the some choices tat God has placed in front of us? we choose to close our eyes to those choices and at the same time pushing all the blame to God for the kind of life we're living. humans are indeed selfish beings. but tis certainly can be changed, if only we're willing to try...
life's not a stretch of highway, but a road with series of twists and bents in between.
life's full of ups and downs. full of obstacles tat are out to make you a stronger person, not a fallen duke. and i see these obstacles as life's tests. be it major or minor, i'll give it my best shot. though at times, even the bestest shot of mine can fail, i'll still stand up again and give it another try. till i succeed in passing the test. perserverence. tat's the word.

alright, let's start. i've not been blogging fer like the past one week?! so sweet of my dearie classmate winnie lee to remind me of the number of days tat i haven been blogging.

*winks* anyway, my days have been bad, or rather very bad for the past 3 days or so. i've got serious scoldings by my dad and my stupid computer broke down twice! and wats even more frustrating was tat it broke down again after i spent so much time dragging it to sim lim and back home! wth! waste all my cab fare!

met shiqi on sunday at compass point fer dinner. and she helped me to bet on the euro2004.
(xie xie ni da jie!) but we ended up in bishan junction8 cos my dear bro kang ming was soo bored so jie and i decided to play angel and go down to bishan to have our dinner so tat he'll have our company. we're such nice pple! heh. abit bhb!

ktv there to sing! woohoo...actually, shiqi was forced into going yeah. but then, it was so fun lah. so, no regrets rite shiqi jie?! yes?
-lolx- we sang all the way till they pack up, arnd midnight i tink. and shit! jie and i forgot all about the time and had to cab home. sigh. and before tat while we waiting for bus at the bus stop(we're dreaming...yes?), my younger bro called. he said my dad wasnt happy about my late home-coming and in the end he fcuking decided to take away a hundred dollar from my allowance!
wtf! im already poor can, and he took so much away, now i become a pauper! kaoz! my blood pressure already shot up by tis time, and my mum called me. she shouted so loudly to the bloody phone tat my ear drums can all break can! and my dad was sooo angry tat i can imagine him lashing out his lecture scripts the moment i stepped home.
-shivered- then, a cab came. and jie asked me to take the cab and go home first. its soo funny can?! i lived in sengkang and she lived in hougang can?! so near can! so its
"shun lu" ! so why we must take separate cab?! anyway, we took the same cab home. and while in the cab, my face was uber black cos i quarrelled with my younger bro. and i slammed down my phone so hard tat it shocked shiqi by quite abit. hahas. sorry jie. it wasnt on purpose yeah.
-smiles- reached home safely at 12.45am. got scoldings by my dad.
-shrugs- i shall skipped tis part. anyway, the whole outing was fun except fer tis small part. yes, im happy.
my brother kangming told me tat day tat im sucha a blessed zhutou. cos i've got doting brothers and sisters like him and shiqi. and many many wonderful frens in my life. yes, im fortunate and ever thankful to have you guys in my life. im contented. you guys are the rainbows of my life.

we had a great time at Genting sia.. everyone so 'on' den we play alot of things in one day.. we all stomach pain together and everyone use my oil.. haha.. we played like small kids.. but lucki no one noe us there.. we even bare foot back to our rooms after goin snow world.. so cOld.... haha.. so paiseh also.. hmm.. onli bad thing i can say there is their food.. but also canot complain much lo.. cause they were cheap ma.. hehe.. 6 of us slept on 2 combine single beds sia.. so cramp... got 3 rooms dun wan sleep still wan cramp together.. haha.. but at least we slept quite well.. hmm... opps... am i writin testimonial or blog?? hehe.. anyone wana noe our trip go c meihua's blog ba.. back to tesimonial.. this ger sings quite well lo.. haha... eats alot too.. haha.. at least we got something in common ba.. ho ho ho.. anyway this holiday trip made us closer together.. hope we can have chances to g...

my genting trip was soo lotsa fun! jux the thought of it brings on my smiles straight away! no doubt about tat!
continuation from my last entry...
jux realised jus now tat i forgot to blog about the
"haunted advanture" thingy we went thru in genting's first world plaza. so, im gonna blog about it now. well, its jux another haunted advanture thingy tat we have come across in singapore, except tat its alot more fun and exciting. first there were we some special instructions along the payment area for us to read. its sth on how to prevent the ghosts from coming out to scare us and how to kill or make them disappear. then we sat in a small box (i dunno wat they call tat lah..) which brought us to the second level. from then on, we were supposed to explore the area on foot. and there was this ursher who brief us on our journey at the starting point and trying to scare us by making some stupid noises. then out of a sudden the corpse in the coffin hung on the wall suddenly popped out! tis triggered off chuen wei and peiwen's screamings! wakao! i tink the ghost's frighened off by their screamings! haha. so funny. then we were left on our own. we all had white faces on us u noe! yes im scared. haha. the way inside were all so bloody dark man. and trust us to only have one light stick each with us. yes, tat's all for brightening up our way.
-cries- and there were disgusting pictures and fake corpses all arnd us! can u imagine? omg! chuen wei jie was screaming all the way sia! and she grabbed my poor hand so hard tat i tink it became numbed in the process.
-lolx- my hand were drenched with sweat! her sweat. haha. inside the haunted advanture, we had to get pass a number of stages whereby there's a different type of ghost at each stage. abit bo liao man. so all the way we were
"clunging" onto each other. jocelyn clung onto wicky. peiwen onto edwin. and chuen wei onto me. but then i clung onto peiwen oso. haha. and tis chuen wei jie ah, bue tahan her man. u noe there was tis almost last stage we had to get thru. here was tis body hanging from the ceiling and blocking our way. so, we pushed the guys in front and tried to run pass it asap. but then it suddenly moves and scare the hell out of us!
-white face- and chuen wei was so frightened by the sudden movement of the corpse tat she started to run and clung onto wicky who was in front of us. and shit! she forgot tat she was grabbing my hand! oh god! my poor hand! really poor hand. nearly got twisted by her! wth! damn pain sia! it got numbed for quite sometime u noe.
-cries- but then im such a forgiving soul, so im forgivng her for
TWISTNG MY POOR HAND. haha. an inside joke. haha.
-winks- so after tat frightening cum painful advanture, we went makan. it was an exciting ride man. REAL exciting. but it would be more fun if my hand hadnt got
TWISTED BY SOMEONE. haha. nono, i should say
BY AN ELEPHANT! haha. opps! inside joke! haha.
oh ya, i bought some gifts back from genting too! let's see, i bought a bracelet for sihui (her birthday present) and two necklace. one for myself and one for shiqi jie. see, im such a nice sista! haha.
-beems with pride- hadnt got much money left for other's presents, so make do with some bubble gums alright. paiseh. anyway, i spent alot of time looking for tis gifts, u bet! esp the bracelet for sihui. tink i spent sth like an hour plus browsing thru the stuffs in a local departmental store (blim city..er i tink its spelt like tat..) as for the necklaces, its pretty similar to those sold in singapore, but then it looked more eye-catching then those sold here. it has got a few tiny rice inside the tiny container (the pendant) with blue-coloured liquid. pretty nice. i like it.
-smiles- and i bought myself a pair of diesel jeans too! haha. im happy with it. yep.

overall, i loved tis trip! really enjoyed myself! its soo soo fun man! every one of us was so sporting and "on" sia. tats wat makes the trip even more enjoyable!
-winks- and we were always laughing at the slightest matter, behaving as if we were all insane!
-lolx- so much laughters and jokes shared! we're gonna plan again, tis time to a further country! korea? hong kong? haha. cant wait for next year's holidays to come!

im back!!! finally!!! all smiles...
back from genting 2days ago. in the wee hours of wednesday i tink. came back home in a cab together with jocelyn.
destination: genting highlands, malaysia
participants: me, chuen wei, peiwen & edwin lim, wicky and jocelyn
departure date: 9pm, 30th of may
back home date: 2.30am, 2nd of june
-day 1-
so we set off for genting from golden mile complex in a coach at arnd 9pm. all of us were sooo excited, u bet! cant really stay still for a moment! hah. all along the journey we couldnt really close our eyes, i mean we couldnt get some proper sleep. -winks- wicky and jocelyn were the exceptions. there were sleeping so soundly on bus loh.
-diaoz- so the rest of us chat, laugh and complain almost non-stop during the journey up genting. typical singaporeans. hah. and malaysia has pathetic number of lamp posts! omg! the whole stretch of highway with no lights at all! we were like, er there's no need to save so much electricity rite? and worse, even the journey uphill was like tat too!
*faint* its already dangerous goin uphill during night time and they're still trying to save electricity by putting sooo few (and i mean really few here...) lamp posts along the road! i bet the bus uncle had a hard time driving along the road cos he cant afford to make any mistakes yeah. haha...watever.
we finally reached our hotel, first world hotel at genting at 5am. when we first step down of the bus, we all went BRRRR...haha...it was soo bloody cold down there alright, especially during the nite time. then we made our way to the check in counter but weren't checked into our room until 6am cos there's so much waiting during the process. and u shld see wicky dozing off while waiting and he actually caught some unwanted attention of others!
-lolx- we didnt rest in the rooms after checking in cos we dun find them "comfortable". they're all soo far apart from each other for god's sake. wat if sth happens? then we couldnt be there for each other in time. so we asked for a change of our rooms but we were told to wait till 9am before they can give us a reply. wth! so meanwhile we left all our belongings in one room and went out to explore and breakfast. we had mac and it sucks totally! edwin's bread patties were sort of burnt and my porridge looks more like the usual rice+water and its soo damn oily can! it freaks me out totally! after tat we proceed to buy the theme park tickets. we bought the 2day pass, cost arnd RM62. we started playing the indoor theme park first cos the outdoor one wasnt ready so early due to the thick mist outside. we took almost all rides, even those kiddy kiddy ones. haha..so funny. the bumper car was fun, except the part tat the idiot edwin kept bumping into my car so hard! but well, it was still fun. i did managed to get some revenge though. haha. the motion dunno wat ride was fun oso. quite. my dear chuen wei jie was like screaming all along, even at parts tat werent exciting at all. sigh. she's mad i tink.
-lolx-
we went back to the hotel at 12noon to check out the results of our request for change of rooms. the manager said no rooms available at first, but gave us 3rooms on 12floor eventually after seeing our full-black faces. haha. sometimes giving attitude does works after all.
-lolx- we lunched at a non-halal, sort of food centre after tat. we ordered bak kut teh and some tim sum. and tat was our biggest regret i tell u. we paid so much for it and yet the food tasted soo not alright.
omg! the bak kut teh tasted so different from ours in singapore and poor edwin actually found a big black ant in his char siew bao!
-disgusted- and he avoided all related food after tat. haha. after lunch we went bowling and gaming at the arcade. the bowling was alright though the lanes seems abit short. but its still fun lah. then we went shopping a little then decided to go the snow world. we went in at 5plus and got out of it some 40min later cos there was time limit for tis thing yeah. its so blood cold in there! i wasnt wearing any socks and the jackets and gloves they gave us were all so out of size! oh god! u can see us all freezing in there! and the guys hor, still go and throw ice/snow into we gerls' jackets! wth! but we did throw them back lah. haha. and then there were tis group of malaysian guys, they started to throw ice/snow at us for no reason. so, we fight back. but then we're sort of on the losing end cos they're all guys and our group were made up of mostly gerls. anyway, we had fun. and hey've got really sweet mouths yeah, for praising us gerls. haha. we took a group photo with them and went back to hotel for a shower before our dinner after tat.
dinner at kenny rogers! the food's pretty gd except tat the spagetti abit tough. other than tat, all was alright. and its quite cheap too! went shopping afterwards and bought tickets for the movie
"the day after tml". went back to our room to take a short nap cos im running a fever. rested for sth like 2hrs. and then we were all ready to go for the movie, which was schduled at 11.30pm. the show was fantastic! the effects were great man! human's determination to survive and all! great movie! went back to room again after tat. but i couldnt slp at all. maybe cos its too cramp. there were 6 of us slping on a combined bed of 2 singles.

-day 2-
am one of the latest to get up in the morning, together with wicky. haha. he's like me, we're all pigs. bath and get ready. cant stand the coldnes there sometimes. its already so cold and i still have to bath so early in the morning! oh god! i took it anyway.
-lolx- went to the ourdoor theme park straight away and started playing the exciting games with the go-kart being our first station. omg! u shld've seen the queue man! its so long! we waited for 1hr plus before settling our butts on the go-kart. but then its all worth it! imagine driving alone on the road with full speed and braking at the right moments. and pple can assume u are a pro in this area. haha. that was me. haha. abit bhb. but who cares! haha. had cup cone for lunch. haha. they all went for rollar coaster after tat while i chose to go back to the room to get sth cos im having a fever anyway and sitting on the ride will do me more harm. sigh. proceed to play other exicting games but then the weather wasnt looking good so we had to rush thru some. missed some due to the ever-so-long queue it has. had lunch at a local ktv. the food was not bad but the surround sound of their ktv room was not as gd good as compared to singapore's kbox though. but then again, it was cheap so cant complain much yeah.
-lolx- went to genting hotel oso to shop and played the arcade there. very fun. esp the part whereby we all combined our "powers" to earn tickets to exchange prizes. haha. sounds like we're still kids. lame. i played tobogan together with wicky at the outdoor theme park after tat. its a individual ride tat's abit similar to rollar coaster except tat its not so scary and doesnt have those 360 degrees stuff. haha. been thru almost all the rides available there. we're kiasu singaporeans u see. haha. it was fun. real fun.
-smiles- the only regret was tat we didnt managed to catch the "mine train" tat chuen wei wanted to try very much. too bad. but there'll still be chance some other day yeah.
-winks- had buffet dinner at a restaurant. the food was not bad and the chicken rice was esp nice. best meal at genting ever since we reached. back to our room again for shower. it's gonna be our last nite at genting. after shower we all gathered in the room, to play the board game we've exchange with those tickets in the arcade. haha. real lamers. and did i mentioned tat all of us feel tat playing the game was much more fun than the theme park and stuff? haha. simple is happiness. yes i agree. cant stand the wicky. keep on scolding us
"jian huo" when he loses. haha. and he was so happy when anyone of us got our
"qi" kicked back to our
"jia" tat he eventually became our public enemy! and the 3 teams combined powers to go against him. as in we purposely move our other "qi" so tat we wun cause our alliances's "qi" to go back home. haha. u shld see wicky's expressions! haha. he cant stand us. haha. so thru out the game we were all exchanging the word
"jian huo" and laughing our hearts out cos its really funny. we're like kids. haha. went to bed after the game cos tis time, we're all tired out. getting sleepy. ZzzZZzzzZZz
-day 3-
supposed to wake up by 7am but all of us overslept and woke up only at 9plus instead. we're all so tired, esp me, chuen wei jie and peiwen. we didnt get any proper slp at all ever since the trip started. so cannot blame. haha. jux an excuse? hah. watever. had our meal at pizza hut after doin some rush hour shopping. the pizza's sub-standard but its pretty cheap though. half price of singapore's. and the services were damn poor loh! cant stand it! how can they make us wait for soo long for our food and even our bill?! wth! and eventually we got to go over to them and ask for the bill! hello? we're the customers alright! very poor service. and even poorer attitude. their manager actually showed her displeasure right in front of us customers! wtf! if they cant be more polite to their customers, then dun step into the service industry in the very first place. they gotta learn to smile also! their face all seems so "black" and sian, as if we owe them alot of money or wat. shit. tis is not gonna take them far i tell u. they gotta change. haha. look, im complaining again. haha. typical singaporean.
we took the genting skyway cable downhill. went for some very last minute shopping there and rushed back to the genting bus terminal for our bus home. oh god! we bought so much stuff back man! from crackers to the famous "dou sa bing" there. peiwen and edwin even bought sweets and coffee powder!
-eyes wide opened- and in the end, we waited for the bus for 2hrs! cos there's a accident over at KL and the mist at genting was so thick tat visibly level's almost equals to zero! how can the bus go downhill with tis kind of stupid weather? any mistake by the uncle will send the bus flying in the air sia.
-eyes widen- anyway, we waited till the weather's clear before we set off for our journey home. and some auntie was so angry about the delay tat she nearly quarrel with the bus uncle. so childish. haha. the bus stopped at a provision shop for us to buy chewing gums and stuffs. i bought 2 box of bubble gums! haha.
-smiles- then the bus travels on for another few hrs before stopping at a restaurant for dinner. the food there was nice, not bad. but then again, the service was poor! we waited like half an hour before food was served and wat worse was tat they only realised tat they ran out of certain vege after sth like 25min or so. omg! such poor service man. but nvm about all tat, as long as te food's nice. haha. so after tat we continued our journey home with uncle playing a movie on the bus's vcd player and reached another stop-over place arnd 2hrs later. but then we didnt get down cos all of us were so sleepy and tired. finally, after another 3hrs of travelling on the road, we reached singapore! one big relief was tat i successfully passed the customs with bubble gums in my bag! haha.
