it was ikea on saturday! =)
had lunch with my mum dearest at plaza before getting my brother to wake up. not an easy task. try imagine dragging a dino. not that he is one, but he loves his bed damn very the much. anyway he got up pretty fast this time surprisingly and got all dolled up with a handsome look. hahas. we bought a big bag of offerings and vegetarian food and then cabbed down to 'shuang lin shi' at sin min area to pray my grandpa. both of us and another cousin of ours missed out the 'ching ming jie' months ago due to school exams and other commitments and some one month ago, i dreamt of my grandpa. so decided to make it up this time round. prayed, burned the offerings then took a bus back to compass point. i met up with jason for 27 to ikea while my brother dont know run where meet his friends.
shopped around ikea and took down alot of notes. i want that red sofa! but my room's space is soo pathetic, so no sofa for me. also, i wanted a modern look to my room like ever since when, but my dad die die also wont allow me to get rid of that study table, so the modern look wont happen for sure. sighs. now the focus is just 'trying to look as modern as possible'.
ideas:
- getting rid of the computer table, no matter what, i will throw. confirm.
- push the piano to my dad's room, or find ways to sell it since i know nuts about it. i dont even know why my dad brought it back in the first place. put for show isit?
- get a memo board
- clean the walls/fan/aircon/cupboard
- rearrange the stuffs inside the cupboards, wardrobe and try find more more space
- draw a painting, prob a bigger than A3 one to hang in my room
- clear a space in display cabinet for wine/liquor and wine glasses
- find a space for past texts/notes, and donate some books etc to the salvation army at bishan
- ask dad to find me wood planks to do the mini cabinet stand, phone wire, tv cable
ok thats all for now. =)

been going st james quite often recently.
reason: my hennesy vsop bottle with them seems to be always calling out for me.
but its ok, cos finally i managed to clear it on wed! along with shiqi, winnie, joseph and joanna!
time to cut down. =)
