happiness is not just about the happy times and smiling moments. happiness also counts in the tears we've rolled for the people we loved. simply because they exist in our lives, they made happiness possible.
-zhutou-

happiness. its a simple word that appears on the english dictionary yet its all that we are after in our lives. its intangible, odourless and we cant really feel it with any of our five senses. the only way we do, i guess is through our hearts. and when they say our hearts rule the mind most of the times, well you've got to admit its so true afterall. when you're in midst of happiness, you know it and others can feel it too. none of bad news sound bad enough, whatever you're tasting tastes the same - its gotta be only sweet, and even all that you see looks pleasing enough or maybe they can look glittering with stars sometimes. to add on, there would a glow on you that nobody would miss out. thats happiness.

talking about happiness. we always tend to associate it with happy, smiles, laughters, bliss, loving someone and of course, being loved. thats basically our general definition. in very rare occasion would someone associate it with tears and anything that sounds a little less positive. but well, man do we forget that everything has 2 sides of it, just like a coin? so happiness is not just about all the happy stuffs but it can also include those that we consider less positive. and tears is one of them.

sometimes we may hate the fact that our loved ones make us teared. cos generally when we cry, it means we are hurt, disappointed or sad. though there are also occasions whereby they are tears of joy. but have it ever occured to you that simply because they hold important weights in our hearts thats why we teared for them. yes, they may make us feel hurt or sad at times, but lets not forget the times when they bring us smiles, bliss and love. like i say, there's always 2 sides to everything. if happiness does only consists of smiles and joy, and not the other half of tears and sadness, it wouldnt be a complete.

if someone had made you teared, be a little happy that you could do so. for his/her existence is what make happiness possible.
